1. Create a free account at Squarespace

Squarespace is a website builder that makes it easy to create beautiful websites, blogs, and online stores. You can use their drag-and-drop editor to easily design your site. Once you’re done designing your site, you can choose from over 100 templates to customize your look. If you want to add content to your site, you can do that manually using their WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor.

2. Choose a template

There are many different templates to choose from, including ones designed specifically for blogs. If you want to make sure your blog looks professional, go with a theme that includes a sidebar. A good example of this would be the “Blogger” template.

Once you have created your free account, click “Create Your Site” under the “My Sites” tab. Select a template that best suits your needs. There are plenty of options to choose from, including business sites, personal sites, portfolios, and blogs.

3. Customize your site

After choosing a template, you can start customizing your site by adding pages, images, videos, and text. To add pages, click on the plus sign (+) icon in the top right corner of your page. Then select the type of page you would like to add. Pages are great for different sections of your site, like About Us, Services, Contact Info, etc.

To add images, click on the image icon in the top left corner of your page. Click on the + symbol to upload an image.

To add text, click on the pencil icon in the top left hand corner of your page. Type out your text and then click the check mark to save it.

3. Add posts

You can add posts to your blog using the dashboard. Simply click on “Add New Post” and start typing away!

Now that you have added some pages, images, and videos, you can start adding content to your site. To add content, click on the gear icon in the top right hand corner of your page and select “Add Content.” From here, you can add any of the following types of content:

  • Pages – These are great for different sections on your site.
  • Images – Upload pictures to go along with your text.
  • Videos – Videos are great for explaining things or showcasing products.

4. Schedule posts

Once you have added some content, you can schedule your posts to automatically publish at certain times. To do this, click on the calendar icon in the top right corner of your screen. Then, select the date and time you want your post to appear.

5. Save changes

When you’re ready to save your changes, simply click on the green checkmark.

6. Publish

Your post will now be published!
