U.S. Champion Open double Brooks Koepka pushes hard in the second round at The Country Club on Friday.
After 3-over 73 submissions on Day 1, Koepka has 4 less than 14 holes in Round 2.
He drilled two holes in a row at No. 11 and No. 12, he then passed to eagle number 14 - moving his total score to 1-under.
He is currently in 12th place in the major tournament.
This push is very impressive considering the difficult conditions in Brookline this morning.
With visible air and quick greens, the 32-year-old American still finds a way to put the ball in the hole under the par.
Working under Koepka 4 is the lowest cycle of the day so far. If he manages to keep up with the strong side scoring the final four goals,
he will be in excellent shape for the weekend despite having a love affair with the deadline on Thursday.
Two of Koepka's four wins came from the touring competition - claiming the U.S. title. Open in 2017 and 2018.
