Pursuing Jordan Spieth second U.S. victory Open is likely to hit the stick this week as he has left training ahead of schedule.

Jordan Spieth was spotted leaving The Country Club in Massachusetts in a hurry today.

But it seems that it was not caused by a medical emergency - not the least serious one.

Danzi told Todd Lewis of the Golf Channel that Spieth has rested and rehydrated ahead of Thursday's first round.

Spieth currently plans on teeing up at his allotted time tomorrow.

2022 has been the ups and downs of Jordan Spieth so far. The three-point winner missed the Master's title before winning RBC Heritage the following week.

At the PGA tournament in May, Spieth finished 30th or worse for the third year in a row.

The most disappointing year for Spieth, who came third in Masters and second at The Open in 2021.

However, he is still ranked 11th in the league and enjoying his second run of the season five seasons.

Hopefully, this stomach upset will really go away and it will not negatively affect his performance at The Country Club tomorrow.
