Singer Mariah Carey has been charged with felony criminal mischief for firing on a sculpture with a shotgun, according to The Associated Press.
The lawsuit was filed by songwriter Andy Stone who wrote the song with the same title five years ago.
A complaint filed Friday in a New Orleans federal court ruling shows that Stone, who lives in Mississippi,
