We got our first, hidden view of Polestar's next EV in December. We will have to wait until October

however, to see others. The company announced on Tuesday that it would officially unveil the Polestar 3 later this fall.

This EV SUV is not just the first Polestar SUV, but it is the company's first car to be manufactured (at least in part) in the US

In addition, it will be the first of three new ones to be unveiled in the next few years

as Poland seeks to place its cars in 30 markets by the end of 2023.

Like the Polestar 2, the 3 will offer 4WD for its dual-motor drivetrain and a distance of 600 km (372 mi).

It will be built in the US and China, according to the company, with orders to open on the same day as the first of October.

There is no word yet on the price, although production is scheduled to begin in early 2023.
