Scottie Scheffler recently showed off this season. For the second day in a row, the world's No. 1 player had an amazing eagle from a distance.

In the second round of 2022 U.S. Open, Scottie Scheffler  third shotgun entered on the 14th.

It was a wonderful time for the reigning Masters champion.

However, Scottie Scheffler  eagle in the third round was able to climb at that point.

Aside from dealing with what many call a dangerous area, Scottie Scheffler third shot in par-five 8th came in from 102 yards out.

The scene from The Country Club in Brookline was truly special.

The eagle from Scheffler took him to the top of the board. Now he is alone at the top, leading by one shot to Collin Morikawa.

Scottie Scheffler still has nine games to finish before he can mentally prepare for the final U.S. round. Open.
