Coaches and players from the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics wore orange shirts with the message "End Gun Violence" ahead of the NBA 2 Final.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr and Celtics coach Ime Udoka were both wearing shirts at their pre-game news conferences on Sunday night.

Kerr made a sympathetic and angry request during a Dallas news conference ahead

of Game 4 of the Western Conference final to change gun rules after the killing of 19 children

and two teachers in a shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, earlier in the day. May 24th.

"We feel strong as a league that it's time for people to be aware," Kerr said on Sunday. "Participating in what should be a national effort to

stem the tide of gun violence out there. And there are ways to reduce it.
